Mark Stromberg

Mark Stromberg employs his analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve successful and cost-effective resolutions in complex legal disputes. His practice focuses on creditor's rights, bankruptcy (representing banks and other lending institutions, leasing companies and creditors), and complex commercial litigation.

Mark is acutely aware of his clients' needs to balance case outcomes with efficient use of resources. Creatively exploring the myriad of possible options for effective case resolution is one of his unique talents.

Civil litigation between individuals and businesses has also been a focus of Mark's practice. Analyzing pre-trial resolution options as well as effectively taking cases to trial, when necessary, Mark has zealously represented many clients over the past 22 years of his practice.

Aric Stock

Aric Stock is a problem-solving trial lawyer. Since 1993, Aric has tried numerous cases before Texas juries including wrongful death and other catastrophic personal injury cases throughout North Texas. With the experience and the know-how to see a case through to the end, Aric also knows how to assist clients in resolving disputes prior to trial, through negotiations, mediation and/or motion practice with the Court. He was honored to be admitted to ABOTA (The American Board of Trial Advocates) in 2008 for his trial experience and success, as well as his commitment to the 7th Amendment Constitutional Right to a jury trial.

Aric has handled many types of personal injury, catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases for individuals, as well as self-insured and insured businesses. He also has experience in litigating and resolving business disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, collection matters, and other business torts.

Brett Field

Brett Field primarily focuses on: commercial litigation, insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, and commercial collections. He has represented individuals who have been injured as a result of others' negligence, whether on a road, in a business, or while being treated by a healthcare provider.

Brett joined the firm in the fall of 2006 and has been involved with all aspects of civil trial work, including discovery, trial and post-verdict case handling. He has second-chairedseveral jury trials since January, 2007 involving wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury.

Lydia Witherspoon

Lydia Witherspoon, our Office Manager, and has been with the firm since its origin in June 2001. Her primary focus is on accounting and file management as well as billing. Lydia's duties also include the overall aspects of human resources, payroll, insurance and employee staffing. Lydia attended Texas Tech University and has been in the field of accounting/bookkeeping since 1978. Her accounting experiences have varied from fields in banking, oil and gas, property management and law office administration.

Kedrin E. Iacaboni works as legal assistant to all the attorneys at Stromberg Stock and joined the firm in February of 2009. Originally from Jackson, Mississippi, she attended Belhaven College and has worked as a legal assistant and in law firm administration since 1991. Kedrin has worked primarily in the areas of complex business litigation, major litigation of personal injury, wrongful death and products liability matters (including appeals), bankruptcy, asbestos class actions, oil & gas, fidelity and surety, workers' compensation and medical malpractice.

Becky Tran

Becky Tran joined the firm in January, 2009. Her primary focus includes: creditors' rights, bankruptcy, collections, commercial litigation, lender liability, banking law, and general civil litigation.

Becky was formerly an associate of Colven & Tran, P.C. where she gained experience in commercial real estate development and commercial lending transactions, with an emphasis on SBA loan transactions.

Becky was admitted to practice with the State Bar of Texas in 2006, and is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, American Bar Association and Texas Young Lawyers Association.

Sara Schild

Sarah Schild works as legal secretary/assistant to all the attorneys and joined the firm in December 2007. Originally from Durant, Oklahoma, Sarah received her Paralegal Certificate from the Professional Development Institute, University of North Texas. Throughout her career Sarah has worked as a legal secretary/assistant primarily in the areas of complex business li tigation, bankruptcy, oil & gas, criminal and family law.
