Brett Field

Brett Field primarily focuses on: commercial litigation, insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, and commercial collections. He has represented individuals who have been injured as a result of others' negligence, whether on a road, in a business, or while being treated by a healthcare provider.

Brett joined the firm in the fall of 2006 and has been involved with all aspects of civil trial work, including discovery, trial and post-verdict case handling. He has second-chairedseveral jury trials since January, 2007 involving wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury.

Brett is a litigator who honed his analytical skills through time spent in the appellate section of the Dallas County District Attorney's office. He previously owned and managed an insurance agency, providing him with great experience in problem-solving and “real world” exposure to the difficulties that often face businesses and individuals alike.

An extremely personable individual, Brett enjoys helping clients get through difficult legal situations and providing them with creative ways in which they can get through disputes and set up ways in which they can avoid similar occurrences in the future.

Brett was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He is married and has two young daughters. Brett enjoys cycling and fine cigars.
