Brett Field joined Stromberg Stock in 2006 and has a diverse practice in which he represents plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of litigation, including complex commercial, banking, collection, creditor’s rights, construction and real estate and personal injury litigation. He is an experienced trial attorney with multiple cases taken through verdict in State and Federal courts across the Country. Brett has also handled numerous cases on appeal to Courts of Appeal throughout the State of Texas.
In addition to his litigation experience, Brett has extensive experience in assisting clients in corporate formation, real estate and construction related transactions.
Prior to law school, Brett owned and managed an insurance agency, providing him with invaluable experience in problem-solving and “real world” exposure to the difficulties that often face his clients today. Brett has maintained his diverse business interests since law school by maintaining a real estate license which has kept him abreast of the ever-developing residential and commercial markets in the DFW area.
Brett is married with two daughters and stays active in the community through various volunteer projects with his family.

2019 - Brett obtained a verdict after a jury trial in Federal Court in Miami, Florida on behalf of his client who sued a cruise line for injuries sustained while on a cruise out of Galveston, Texas.
2019 - Brett successfully negotiated a $35 million Securities Purchase Agreement on behalf of a corporate investor.
2018 - Brett obtained a six figure verdict after a bench trial in Dallas County on behalf of a corporate client related to claims for fraud and breach of contract.
